Meet Alan and Linda - The Frazier Team

Alan Frazier began his real estate career with John L. Scott in 1991, and his wife, Linda Frazier, joined him as a broker soon after in 1993. Throughout the years, the two have worked at Washington State John L Scott Offices in Monroe, Duvall, and Redmond, then Oregon offices in Jacksonville and Medford. Before working as a broker, Alan worked for Mobil at the refinery in Paulsboro, New Jersey, from 1972 to 1990. Now, Alan and Linda both work out of John L. Scott’s Medford office. Together, they form the Frazier Team and sell mostly single-family residences in the Central Point, Medford and Jacksonville areas.

With 52 years of combined real estate experience under their belts, the Frazier Team is equipped to handle just about any buying or selling situation with grace. They are readily available to clients and put heavy emphasis on client education – informed clients are the best clients, after all! Alan and Linda believe buyers need to be educated on many things, including community details, neighborhood trends, material types, condition of the well or septic tank, irrigation concerns and land restrictions. On the other hand, sellers need to know their property can be market-ready on day one of the listing launch, and the Frazier Team is skilled in doing just that.

Alan and Linda are on John L. Scott’s Relocation Team, and they both appreciate the opportunities on this team to make a difference in the lives of those looking to relocate from or to Southern Oregon. They are deeply passionate about their work as brokers because real estate is definitely something all people can benefit from. The Frazier Team enjoys closing transactions for buyers and sellers and tackling any challenges that may crop up along the way.

When he’s not working, Alan can be found gardening, raising livestock or just appreciating the great outdoors. Linda’s pastimes include riding horses, spending time with her family and enjoying all that Southern Oregon has to offer.
